Agreement: By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or otherwise using any part of the Reply Master AI Service, you explicitly confirm that you have thoroughly read, fully understood, and unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms, including any and all future modifications, updates, or amendments that may be made from time to time. This agreement represents a legally binding contract that outlines your rights and obligations when interacting with our Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms are posted or communicated signifies your complete and unconditional acceptance of the new Terms.

1.2. Eligibility: To be eligible to use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal authority to do so. If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a company, corporation, organization, government agency, or any other legal entity, you further represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such instances, the terms "you" and "your" as used throughout this document will refer to that entity, and you acknowledge that you are personally bound by these Terms even if acting on behalf of a third party.

Reply Master AI is a sophisticated and innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform meticulously engineered to streamline, automate, and significantly enhance the management of Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and WhatsApp Business communications for businesses, brands, public figures, and individuals. Our Service strategically leverages cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies to automate key aspects of social media interaction, thereby optimizing engagement and operational efficiency. Key functionalities provided by Reply Master AI include:

• 2.1. Automated Replies: Our proprietary AI-powered engine is designed to intelligently generate and post relevant, context-aware, and human-like responses. This includes replies directly to comments on your designated Facebook Page posts and Instagram posts/Reels, responses to Instagram Direct Messages (DMs), and automated replies to incoming messages on your connected WhatsApp Business account. This automation aims to maintain high engagement levels and reduce manual workload.
• 2.2. Negative Feedback Detection: The Service incorporates advanced real-time sentiment analysis technology. This system continuously monitors incoming public comments on your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts for negative tones, critical language, or potentially damaging content. This proactive detection mechanism is designed to swiftly identify and flag feedback that may pose a risk to your brand's reputation.
• 2.3. Real-time Notifications: Upon the immediate detection of negative feedback (as identified by our sentiment analysis system) or other critical events configured in your settings, the Service sends instant, real-time alerts. These notifications are dispatched to designated administrators, ensuring that human oversight can be exercised swiftly to address sensitive situations.
• 2.4. Knowledge Base Integration: Users are empowered to upload, input, and "train" the AI with a custom, proprietary knowledge base. This knowledge base can contain business-specific information, including FAQs, product descriptions, service outlines, and company policies, enabling the AI to provide highly accurate and on-brand answers across all connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp).

Analytics Dashboard: The Service provides a comprehensive analytics dashboard, offering an insightful overview of your AI's performance, key engagement metrics, interaction volume trends, and sentiment distribution from your Facebook Page, Instagram account, and WhatsApp Business interactions.
• 2.6. Page Management Interface: Reply Master AI includes a user-friendly interface that facilitates the secure connection, efficient management, and straightforward disconnection of multiple Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
• 2.7. AI Configuration: The platform offers robust customization options for tailoring the AI's behavior, including response tone (e.g., helpful, formal, friendly), defining keywords, and enabling or disabling auto-reply functionalities to align with your communication strategy.
• 2.8. AI Response Handling for Diverse Content Types: Your responsibility for all content generated on your behalf and compliance with all platform policies remains paramount.
• 2.8.1. Handling Political Comments (on Political Pages): For Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts focused on political discourse, our AI can be configured based on the knowledge base and tone you provide. Reply Master AI does not endorse any political stance. Users are solely responsible for ensuring AI-generated responses comply with all applicable laws and Meta's (Facebook and Instagram's) Community Standards regarding political content, misinformation, and hate speech.
• 2.8.2. Handling Critical Page Comments: Our "Negative Feedback Detection" identifies critical or negative public comments. The AI can be configured to respond in a pre-defined manner (e.g., acknowledging feedback, escalating for human review).
• 2.8.3. Handling Adult Page or Content Comments: Reply Master AI strictly adheres to Meta's Platform Policies and Community Standards (governing Facebook and Instagram) and the WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies, which prohibit certain types of content. Our AI is not designed or intended to generate, promote, or facilitate explicit, illegal, or inappropriate adult content. If your Facebook Page or Instagram account deals with adult content, or your WhatsApp Business usage involves regulated goods, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all content and any AI-generated responses fully comply with all of Meta's applicable policies (including WhatsApp's) and all applicable laws. Any attempts to use the Service to violate these policies may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.

3.1. Account Creation: To fully access and utilize the Service, you are required to complete a sign-in process and log in to an account (e.g., via Facebook, Google, or direct sign-up). You explicitly agree to provide information that is accurate, truthful, current, and complete and to update your information as needed. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3.2. Account Security: You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. You bear full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Reply Master AI immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security. Reply Master AI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3. Access Tokens: You acknowledge that connecting your Facebook Page(s), Instagram account(s), and/or WhatsApp Business Account(s) to Reply Master AI necessitates granting specific permissions and providing access credentials (such as Meta Access Tokens for Facebook and Instagram, and/or WhatsApp Business API credentials) to the Service. These credentials are crucial for enabling Reply Master AI to access, monitor, and interact with your accounts on your behalf, as authorized by Meta's Graph API (for Facebook and Instagram) and the WhatsApp Business API. You are solely responsible for ensuring the ongoing security of these credentials and must immediately revoke any compromised tokens or API keys through your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account settings or WhatsApp Business Manager.

Free Trial: Should you choose to opt for a free trial, you will be granted temporary, limited access to a subset of the Service's features for a specified duration. At the conclusion of the trial period, your access may be terminated or converted to a paid subscription if you have provided valid payment information.

Subscription Plans: Details regarding our subscription plans, including features, pricing, and billing cycles, will be made available on our official website's pricing page and within your account settings. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described.

5.1. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to all content, data, information, and materials that you provide, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, Facebook comments, Instagram comments and DMs, WhatsApp messages, and any information you input into the knowledge base ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.

5.2. License to Reply Master AI: To enable us to operate, provide, and improve the Service, you hereby grant Reply Master AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display Your Content. This license is granted solely for the specific purpose of performing the Service's functionalities (e.g., AI processing, generating replies, analytics). This license terminates upon the termination of your account, except for anonymized or aggregated data retained for analytical purposes.

5.3. AI Training: Reply Master AI explicitly states that we do not use Your Content to train our underlying AI models (e.g., GPT-4) or other proprietary models, unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate agreement or opt-in feature. Data sent to third-party AI API providers (e.g., OpenAI) for processing your specific requests is subject to their policies. We configure our API calls to adhere to their default privacy settings, which are generally designed to prevent your data from being used for their general model training.

5.4. Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, and appropriateness of all Your Content. Reply Master AI is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Your Content or any consequences arising from it.

You agree that your use of the Service will strictly adhere to this Acceptable Use Policy. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate Laws: Engage in any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Harmful Conduct: Engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Spamming/Unauthorized Solicitation: Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, or spam.
• Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Service Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to reverse engineer or discover the source code.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) Policy Violations: Use the Service for any purpose that violates Meta's Platform Policies, Facebook's Terms of Service, Instagram's Terms of Use, Meta's Community Standards, or the WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies. You are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that your use of Reply Master AI, and all content generated or managed through it on your behalf, fully complies with all applicable policies and guidelines from Meta and its platforms.
• Prohibited Content Generation: Generate, disseminate, or promote content that is hateful, discriminatory, promotes violence, incites illegal activities, or is otherwise illegal, unethical, or harmful.
• Promotional Communications: By using our Service, you consent to receive promotional emails and updates from us. You may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions.

7.1. Reply Master AI IP: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, software, and design related to the Service, are exclusively owned by Reply Master AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes as permitted by these Terms.

7.2. Feedback: If you provide any Feedback (suggestions, comments, ideas) regarding the Service, you hereby grant Reply Master AI a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you.

8.1. Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp): Reply Master AI is designed to integrate with Meta's Graph API (for Facebook and Instagram) and the WhatsApp Business API. Your use of Meta's services (including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp) is entirely governed by their respective Terms of Service, Platform Policies, Community Standards (for Facebook/Instagram), and the WhatsApp Business Terms and Policies. You are solely responsible for maintaining your accounts in good standing and for ensuring compliance with all applicable Meta policies. Reply Master AI explicitly disclaims any responsibility for any actions taken by Meta (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp) regarding your account or page (e.g., suspension, restrictions, content removal).

8.2. OpenAI: Reply Master AI utilizes OpenAI's GPT-4 API (or other specified models) as its primary AI engine. Your use of these AI features is subject to OpenAI's API Usage Policies. Reply Master AI is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or potential biases of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI technologies are probabilistic and may occasionally produce unexpected outputs.

8.3. Firebase: Reply Master AI leverages Google Firebase for essential backend services, including user authentication and database storage (Firestore). Your data stored within Firebase is subject to Google Cloud's terms of service and privacy policies.

8.4. Disclaimer: Reply Master AI is an independent SaaS product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), OpenAI, or Google Firebase. We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for any changes, outages, or policy modifications made by these third-party services that may impact the functionality or availability of Reply Master AI.

9.1. "AS IS" BASIS: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, Reply Master AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Reply Master AI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF Reply Master AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reply Master AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) your breach of any applicable laws; or (e) any content you make available through the Service.

11.1. By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination will be effective at the end of your then-current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

11.2. By Reply Master AI: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms, violate our Acceptable Use Policy, violate Meta's Platform Policies, or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.

11.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in your City, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12.1. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved on an individual basis. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Reply Master AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website, through in-Service notifications, or via email. The "Last Updated" date at the top will indicate when the changes took effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.1. Force Majeure: Reply Master AI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages.

14.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Reply Master AI regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior understandings.

14.4. Non-Waiver: Any failure of Reply Master AI to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
