2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service, time elapsed since purchase, and usage. For digital services and subscriptions, we offer refunds only in certain cases.
3. Refund Window & Process
For both SSLCommerz and Stripe payments, the refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of service activation or delivery. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days left in the period.
